Understand the people, the data, the constraint. The brief is rarely the real problem.

Strategy.

Decide what to build and what to ignore. Map the model, the interface, and the metric that matters.

Build.

Develop the full solution — from interface and logic to dashboards and reporting. Real data, clear flows, practical outcomes.

Refine.

Measure it, sand the edges, tune the prompts. Keep what worked, kill what didn’t.
